[Case Study] Developing New Products with a Consistent System from Sales to Design to Processing
A case where a new product was created using a modified plate mold, and mass production lowered the cost per unit.
We will introduce a case where we developed a new product with a consistent system from sales, design, to processing, which increased the detection speed of thread breaks and improved productivity. We received an inquiry about whether we could detect thread breaks faster using the N810004-L05/R05 stopper. If we can detect them more quickly, the risk of weaving with a broken thread decreases, leading to improved quality stability and work efficiency. After thorough consideration, we decided to create a new product using an improved mold for the plate and to mass-produce it, which would lower the cost per unit. By verifying the movement of the conductive plate on a computer and calculating the details, we were able to create a conductive plate with the desired performance, much to the satisfaction of our customer.
